Prior to joining Element of Change, Lauren worked with a diverse group of leaders in a large variety of industries by serving as a Leadership Coach for BetterUp. She also spent six years working in nonprofit management, most recently as a Project Manager, working closely with the executive team to develop plans to roll out company-wide initiatives across four organizations. While in those positions, Lauren focused on leveraging individual strengths and removing self-imposed obstacles to meet both individual and team goals.
Education and Training
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Florida State University. She also completed post-graduate coursework in Industrial / Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida.
Certifications
Lauren holds certifications including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
